Eco washing machine

My eco bubble keeps pausing and won’t continue to work - i can get one wash out of it then does it again and then if I turn off for a few days and go back and a spin mode I can then get a daily wash to work

Hi @Justine1, is there any error message appearing on the screen of the washing machine? Is the machine directly plugged into the wall with no extension cable or timer between it and the socket? Is the plug pushed all the way into the socket? Also, please test the electrical socket by plugging in a different appliance. Is the other appliance working fine without any interruptions?
