Eco bubble washing machine making a whining noise

I have a 9kg WW90J5456 Eco bubble washing machine and lately it makes a strange whining sound when on cotton program, it is not overloaded and it is not vibrating... it just sounds like the motor is struggling 

Can anyone hep with this please

Has this been identified as a manufacturing fault? Same noise same cycle for our machine.. what I'd the repair? Is Samsung doing something about this?
