Eco bubble washing machine making a whining noise

I have a 9kg WW90J5456 Eco bubble washing machine and lately it makes a strange whining sound when on cotton program, it is not overloaded and it is not vibrating... it just sounds like the motor is struggling 

Can anyone hep with this please

@Huggy509: Does this issue only occur on the Cotton Cycle or have you noticed it during other cycles? Have you noticed any error codes on the display when you experience the noise?

So far only on cotton program 

could be any load, even just 2 towels

not every cycle 

machine is level and not vibrating 

just this whining sound when in rinse/spin cycle 

drum can bectirnijg fast or slow... nkt sire but may be worse when turning slow

I have had my 7Kg ecobubble 3 weeks now so its virtually new and I have used the cotton programme tonight and I get exactly the same horrible whining noise, like the motor is struggling  what could it be? Thanks.

That was a while ago and they did send out a repair guy, 

I think from memory he replaced the water pump, I wasnt convinced at the time but it has not come back, 

I belive there was an issue with plastic vanes in the pump wearing out or something ?
