Eco bubble washing machine, Fabric softener disappears

Hi, I have been using my eco bubble washing maching since the summer & I find a lot of times the fabric softener disappears as I am putting it in the compartment, I add more & it just goes straight through. Why? Many thanks for any help anyone can provide

What model is it?
Also Ecobubble mixes water,detergent air and softener for the bubbles but the softener is used before the final rinse that's what mine does

Hi, I spoke to Samsung & they advised me to make sure that the washing machine is  level on the floor, we adjusted the legs on it & I have also changed my fabric softener to Comfort Intense. So far so good, the conditioned stayed in the compartment until the final rinse.  Hopefully your issue can sorted to.c
