We have just bought the SAMSUNG - DV90T5240AN/S1 WiFi-enabled 9 kg Heat Pump Tumble Dryer - Graphite
Product code 794797 and have been using it for the past 3 days.
Having read through all the instructions and searched online, we can not get the clothes to come out dry or even remotely dry. We have used the 3 hours plus and the quick dry option but the clothing still comes out damp or wet and cold.
Can anyone point us in the right direction as we are about to return it for a full refund.

I am having a similar issue. Noticed the machine getting to a very modest leauk warm and clothes coming out completely damp despite attempting all troubleshooting steps. Did you ever find a solution.

are you all using your heatpump dryers indoors or outdoors (as in garage or shed?) or in cold or warm rooms?
