Dual oven

My duel oven model NV75N5671BS keeps randomly turning itself on when the oven is off. Can you help with this? 
I am worried about potential fire hazards which has resulted in me having to turn the oven off at the mains as this has already happened 5 times this morning! Thanks.

Sorry to hear about this issue with your oven, @Antonia . I'd recommend getting in touch with our Home Appliance Team on 0333 000 0333 to arrange an engineer's visit. They will be able to get this sorted for you. 🙂

Or connections not loose
Make sure oven is set to off
Check timer is off
