I just bought a combined washer/dryer with autodose fot the convenience.
Is it possible to create cycles (or adjust the existing ones) to disable softener for certain cycles?
E.g. disable softener for activity clothes and set a low dose for towels
Having to adjust the dose every time I wash activity clothes and reset it afterwards would kind of defeat the purpose of autodose.

@Petter I: Please can you confirm the model number of the washer/dryer, located on the sticker on the inside of the door or drum, and I will look into this further for you?

Hi could you help me with this query too please? I am also struggling with how to download specialist cycles from the smart things app?

on some of the 'recipe's' in the smart things app on the phone (android) it will automatically disable the softener in the wash on some cycles - say if you choose the outdoor wear or waterproof wash , it should disable the softener. also you can in the smart things app for the washing machine go to the top right 3 dots , select 'settings' - then 'auto dispense' you can select from there also before sending your wash cycle to the machine
Good luck..

I have the same problem, but I'm afraid checking the settings every time is the only option right now. As I was told, there is no way of saving the amount of detergent or softener in washing cycles.
Quite dumb for a smart washing machine.
