DC error on ecobubble

Hi there

I had a DC error on a European ecobubble (so the problem is door- rather than load-related). I just changed the door lock but it hasn't solved the problem. Any ideas?

may I ask if the lock has been replaced by any of our authorised engineers or by yourself? What part has been used?

Would you also be able to share the washing machine model code? This can be found inside the appliance's door on a white sticker.

Hi there

The model is WW80J5555FX/EU. I ordered the correct part and fitted it myself - it was pretty easy as there are lots of YouTube tutorials.
