Purchased an American fridge freezer in October with £200 cashback claim.
Claim was initially validated then it was turned down, incorrect serial number.
They made a clerical error (How convenient)
Sent an actual photo from appliance to verify, they are now saying the serial number doesn't exist?
next they said didn’t send invoice proof, how can they validate something without the information??
is there a phone number or email address i can communicate through, the system is quite long winded through the marketing lounge.
will not be purchasing Samsung products again.
