I've bought a dual cook smart oven but choose the one I got for the cashback but my claim is not moving to approved and no one is replying to my customer services emails. Its 12 days after my submission and looking online loads and loads of people have had problems. I think I'm just going to report them to the ASA. It's not on.

Hi there 👋 and welcome.
Cashbacks paid anywhere between 1 week up to 45 days for some people, but it always goes through. It's quicker for claiming specific item rather then get Cashback you have to wait they have to check all documents are correct and once they approved it should be within 45 day sometimes seen people said waited up to 65 days.

Sorry to hear of the issues you're reporting.

When you put your claim in, you should have received a confirmation email.

The status should then move to pending then in time to approved.

As mentioned above, cashback is paid around 45 days after approval (note the first 14 days do not count as you have to wait until this is passed before claiming as potentially goods can be returned during this time).

I presume you've logged in to your cashback claim. What status is showing?
