Cannot connect my refrigerator

Trying to set up my Samsung RF28R7551SG 

when I scan the QR code message says unsupported QR

when I try and and add manually 

family hub easy connection

go to networks add and type in the password. 
tries to connect to family hub but just times out

error code 11-001

I'd recommend talking to Samsung Support, see if they can work out the QR code issue.

Could be what device your using to try to scan the code. Since the Android 14 ui6 updated there are a lot of apps reporting the message unsupported until a update is released for it.
