Hi, I’ve got a Samsung Ecobubble Auto dispensing washing machine (Ww11bb534dabs1)

I clean the detergent & conditioner tray out twice a year to prevent it gunking up but this time after doing so I was having to refill my conditioner tray  after EACH WASH as it was going from full to completely empty with the refill message showing each time.

I decided to have a look into what could be causing my machine to dump out all the conditioner in 1 wash, I noticed that at the back of the compartment where the tray slots into that there are 2 sets of valves side by side, each set consisting of 2 small prongs & 1 big prong below.

All the prongs have these small grey ribbed seals which are fixed over these small metal rods which I guess is to make a tight seal as it’s designed to store liquids but there is one small prong on the conditioner side which is missing this tiny grey ribbed seal & I believe this is causing the liquid to drain out freely resulting in an empty conditioner compartment after each wash!

I’ve tried searching everywhere for this small grey seal as I’m convinced this is the issue (I’m from an engineering background).

My machine is only 1 year old & I seem to get the run around by Samsungs phone support at the moment which is annoying as I’m not fussed in going through the warranty process if I can source the part & push it back on myself!?

anyone had the same issue? Or know what the part number is & where to purchase from.

please find photos of the issue below.

Thank you in advance!

From what I have been able to find out you can't just buy the replacement seals. The cheapest option is to buy part DC97-23126A (picture below) which means you will have some spares if you lose another one. Price is around $40 in Australia for this part. (Please note this is washer model specific so this may not be the exact part # but is the type of part you are looking for.)

Is there any answer to this yet? Mine have also gone missing and it’s causing much more detergent and conditioner to be added. Can’t find any answers from Samsung; at this rate I’ll have to just take some from an in store display model.

Having the exact same issue. What is Samsung doing '? Are they not reading this ? Make the seals available for sale please. Or send them out to clients who need them.

My recommendation would be to just find the machine in a store and take them out; that seems to be the best option that is available for this silly issue.
