Washing Machine broken again. 

how many times do Samsung need to fix it before replacing.  
They’ve effectively replaced everything inside the machine as it banged extremely loudly when we first had it.  Complained and eventually they resolved it after 2 visits.

The auto dispenser tray has been replaced 3 times as parts fall off.

Now it’s not dispensing washing liquid. 
Will be another call on Monday, asking for them to refund / replace the machine.  It’s not 2 years old!

Did you buy direct from Samsung? I would certainly explore with them getting it changed to a new unit but obviously that might not be possible. You could have it escalated also on your phone call. If you don't ask you don't get, contacting the ombudsman as they can help you with your consumer rights.
