Hi, I’ve got a Samsung Ecobubble Auto dispensing washing machine (Ww11bb534dabs1)
I clean the detergent & conditioner tray out twice a year to prevent it gunking up but this time after doing so I was having to refill my conditioner tray after EACH WASH as it was going from full to completely empty with the refill message showing each time.
I decided to have a look into what could be causing my machine to dump out all the conditioner in 1 wash, I noticed that at the back of the compartment where the tray slots into that there are 2 sets of valves side by side, each set consisting of 2 small prongs & 1 big prong below.
All the prongs have these small grey ribbed seals which are fixed over these small metal rods which I guess is to make a tight seal as it’s designed to store liquids but there is one small prong on the conditioner side which is missing this tiny grey ribbed seal & I believe this is causing the liquid to drain out freely resulting in an empty conditioner compartment after each wash!
I’ve tried searching everywhere for this small grey seal as I’m convinced this is the issue (I’m from an engineering background).
My machine is only 1 year old & I seem to get the run around by Samsungs phone support at the moment which is annoying as I’m not fussed in going through the warranty process if I can source the part & push it back on myself!?
anyone had the same issue? Or know what the part number is & where to purchase from.
please find photos of the issue below.
Thank you in advance!

Exactly the same issue here, but with detergent. We’ve gone through about £20 of detergent before finding that one of these was missing and can’t find the part anywhere to replace it!

Hi. Just discovered the same problem, missing two of the seals and missing all detergent/softener.
Have you managed to locate the seals yet?
I can’t find them anywhere !
fingers crossed 🤞🏼 you have

Same issue, found the missing seal in the debris trap (bottom right of the machine) and solved the issue for now. Can not find grey rubber seal/gasket replacement anywhere, as seems these will easily fall off when removing drawer to clean. If anyone finds them, share a link

Found mine in the debris trap too (bottom right of the machine)! but i twill be great if we can find like the replacement parts for these, the tray/container gets really dirty and will require cleaning and that is how we lost it in the first place

as far as I am aware these days washing machines are recycled through local authority municipal (like council owned electrical and electronic recycling centres throughout the country) you more than likely say order a new washing machine for example Currys store and they will take your old one away for recycling.
well you cannot rock up to your local recycling yard these days and climb a mountain of washing machines and find parts and take them off like you used to be able to years ago (most probably something to do with insurance etc, I mean its private property , say if you were to fall and crack your head open or get a cut from a dirty old washing machine and get sepsis?)
But if some heads got together and came up with a plan at these places where , if its not to much trouble to remove, (and its not any trouble to remove an autodose drawer out of a samsung washing machine, you dont even need tools to remove it) then have a facility where they have a warehouse on the recycling site and you rocked up in your car and go to a counter and asked one of the staff for a autodose dispenser drawer for a Samsung washing machine that they could easily go to a shelf and pick one for you and bring it back to the counter and sell it to you . And also they could extend this to other items like wash drums and pumps and control boards if they are all in working order and safe instead of just crushing the whole machines with useful parts in them (if thats indeed what they do at these recycling places)

I have lost one of these also! Has anyone managed to find where you can buy replacements or found a solution? Thanks in advance!

Have you been able to find this part? I have the same issue and cannot find it anywhere.

Trying to find also, can buy the entire assembly part #DC97-23140A (depending on your model might have a different letter at end), but don't want to spend $100 plus for what is really just a rubber seal that I need that should be a common replaceable part.
