I had a 16KW system installed a few weeks ago. I''m not convinced it is working properly in hot water mode.
The Samsung manual states the following for the Domestic Hot Water tank default values:
Max Temp 50 Stop 2 Start 5
What is the function of the _quotstop_quot setting?
When mine is set at 48 it stops at about 48.
One of your vendors says this in their user manual: “Set the cylinder temperature press the oval Set button then press + until 48°C shows. The heat pump will start heating the cylinder if its colder than 43°C and will heat it up to 50°C then it will stop. “
I would appreciate clarification.
