New French door Refrigerator stopped cooling

Our 6 week old refrigerator has stopped cooling. Controls and lights work but no sound from compressor, etc. We purchased from Best Buy and they don’t have ANY techs to service it so I was referred back to Samsung which said they weren’t able to respond so I would have to communicate via text which I’ve not heard back from. This is inexcusable for a company on any level especially when the product is only 6 weeks old!!

My french door brand new samsung refrigerator purchased just 2 months ago stopped working, all food and medicine gone to trash. Light is on and the temp sensor reads 37C on fridge and zero on freezer. But actual temp 57F both, no help from samsung. Apliance repair told that the control panel board and ice kit are more than 2 weeks out. Wasted 2616$ 2 months ago just to waste hundreds of dollars trashed due to defective piece of Samsung Junk
