I have a Samsung family hub refrigerator. Only 6 months old. Last week both freezer and fridge stopped cooling. I couldn’t understand how this could happen on a new fridge. Obviously defective.
I submitted a service request with Samsung, and it took 6 days before I can even get a service technician to come over! One week without a working fridge. Anyway, he comes over only to do diagnostics and concluded that the compressor and other components are not working. He needed to order parts and schedule another time to come back. Guess what…i have to wait another week! I asked Samsung to just replace my fridge with a new one because my unit is practically brand new. They refused and said i have to wait for the repairs.
So here I am with no fridge to two weeks. All my food spoiled, more than $500 worth. This is not what i expected from Samsung.
