I have seen a number of posts on here about Samsung not honouring the warranty offered.
It was a main selling point at the time of purchase that it had parts and labour warranty and not just parts.
Are there any positive reports of Samsung honouring the warranty ?

@Members_7lIt6AN: If you have a qualifying appliance, purchased from a participating retailer , and you register for the 5 year warranty within 90 days of the purchase date, then you will be covered within the terms and conditions of the warranty. To find out more, please check out the link below.

I'm trying to get the contact details of the repair people but Samsung support refuses to share it with me. So now I have a leaky dishwasher 2 months after purchase...
No wonder, Survey says 40% of current Samsung owners won’t buy Samsung again:

Personally, I think the number is higher

No, I have a registed warrenty with an email confirming it, but now there saying they want the purchase receipt from nearly five years ago, which i dont have, otherwise the warrenty is not valid, They will do anything to get out of honouring the warrenty, DO NOT BUY FROM SAMSUNG

5 year Warranty is complete scam. I bought TV back in 2021 and registered it for 5 year through website and now it's showing as out of warranty so i called them and they said that can not find anything on their side so provide invoice and i did that so now they told me to provide E mail for registration which never came so they will not give me warranty now. I told them another case where I bought Bespoke jet vacuum just few days back and registered for 5 year warranty online. It says successfully registered but again no e mail so now Samsung is investigating my complain. My point is as a consumer we expect warranty to be straight forward like the moment it's bought from Samsung website it should automatically registered for full 5 years and if bought from retailer I can understand it needs registration. If you compare this with well known companies like Dyson and Apple, Samsung is way behind in CS

No it's a scam. Trying to claim on 5 year warranty within first 16months. Was told parts are only covered for 28 days. Nowhere in T&Cs does it say this.
