Edge panel Fold series

This is complety dumb. 

I had a s21 ultra, it had the Edge panels download option available. 

I "upgrade" my phone to a fold 3. 

For my surprise, it has the panels, but we cant download ir Open the store and download more.

A friend of mine bought a S22 ultra and it as the download available. 

Só why cant i download since fold 3 is newer than s21 ultra ? . 

I want a Samsung progammer to answer this please. 

This is kinda sad, how do you forget that to folds...
