I have been running behind Samsung and Assurant for over a month now, to fix the internal screen for my Galaxy Z Fold3 5G which is bought just under 4 months from the official store. I have requested the claim through Samsung Care +, and it looks like the Samsung Care team does not care regarding this. Can anyone suggest the best contact email/phone regarding this? I have called them many times and it keeps getting pushed by asking to wait. Thanks in advance.
