Z fold 3 no sound when you unfold the phone

Whats happening with samsung updates ?

1 month ago after the update my camera stability was ***** ,now after i did the latest update i can't watch or listen any video on the big screen as it has no sound...WTF samsung ?

If you doin this updates to ruin the phone and make us update a 1700£ phone to a new one do some ***** big changes dont behave like Iphone.

Do a pen slot on the folds and if not until than fix this ***** issues with your updates...

Last 2 updates have the worst s****iest software updates.

How can use the inner screen without sound you ****s ?

2 months after warranty runs out, update software and then no sound on phone, inner or outer screen. I now own a pre 1900s cinema screen.

Samsung has just replied to me saying I need to take it to an approved technician to have it assessed, that won't be happening, bought a new phone, and it is definitely not a Samsung. They are one customer down, and I will never buy a Samsung product again

Yes still not admitting it's a software issue.

All users with this same problem. It is a Software issue that samsung has created either their updates. Do not return your phone for a screen replacement.

I switched to iPhone 15. I sent it to samsung and they told me to replace the screen for 500£ 🤣 ...***** samsung ...

That's sad for them, for me I love the foldable phones, I'm thinking of switching to xiaomi

Do NOT buy the fold series - very bad experience - lots of issues on day to day tasks. and after 18 months hardware issues with inner screen - with just one solution - change the screen...
