I see Samsung have also managed to greatly reduce the gap when the phone is closed, and used improved materials 👍

Waited for this before deciding on what my first flip phone would be. Going with the Razr Ultra though, can get it a bit cheaper and the screen seems much nicer. Not bothered about Samsung's extended software support as I won't have the phone after 3 years anyway.

@Jangles: It's great to hear of your excitement for the newly announced Galaxy Z Flip5. The new 3.4 inch cover screen is something to behold in and of itself, and is 278% larger than the Z Flip4. Keep us posted, as I'd love to know your thoughts when you've had a chance to get acquainted with it.
