It depends on your devices Active CSC code which can be found at...

Settings > About phone > Software information > Service providers software version (see screenshot)

(N.B. This is for Fold5 but applies to Flip5 also)

Thanks. I'm aware of that. I was asking if anyone had received it not why I hadn't.
My CSC is OXM BTW.

There is no CSC code for BTW for the Samsung Flip5, F931B, on the multi regional code OXM.

My UK Flip 5 (OXM EUX) got the September update on the 19th

I have fold 5 OXM EUX, I got it Friday and I don't have any updates, still on 1 July
