I have the same issue with my Fold 4 since day 1, SAMSUNG is aware of this issue but don't respond with a resolution.
All internet fix options does not work, example clear network settings, Hard reset, soft reset, different sims, different on slot 1 or 2, I have tried all advise possible and all combinations.
It is either a devise specific issue or a "FOLD software issue", it is just strange that so few people have raised this issue either the majority don't know or don't mind switching Airplane mode on and off again so Sim can see Network for Mobile data again.
Aslo when traveling outside of your country, data does not work, only phone and sms, except while on wifi.
If SAMSUNG read this can they please send a fix via software? since ALL configuration settings, advise does not work.
