Got mine on Friday
Did you get your phone through a network provider?
Sometimes they can be a bit slower at bringing the update out

Yeah I did. So guess I'll just have to wait.....means I will have to wait for next one ui update too then

Your network provider might be able to give you a time frame for when you will get it.
Could be you get the One UI 6 and security patch software updates at the same time next month if that's what they are planning

What is your devices, "Service providers software version"?

Go to... Settings > About phone > Software information > Service providers software version (see screenshot)
