I know I can't be the only one with this issue!! Now, I have never dropped my phone, only opened and closed it. So at the point where it folds, the trim unraveled exposing the actual inside parts. The hinges came apart and they are pretty much just sticking out. This has to be some design flaw. On top of that, I paid for a replacement thru asurion and the phones cover screen doesn't work. This phone was cool in the beginning but I am so ready to be done with it.
