Ye use original

So I get a bit peed off with samsung some times. They go on about use original samsung products. Well we bloody would if we were able to buy original stuff but alot of the time the products are out of stock. Or they take stuff off there site. I lost my z fold 4 s pen. And couldn't order one from the site. And they don't really promote the z fold 4 as much now understand as they are onto 6 now. So you look on the amazon store for samsung products and hey presto there is products. So you are pleased but then after reading you find out you have bought a counterfeit product that you thought was genuine, why cos you got it from the samsung store on amazon. I mean how fake is a charger really. I probably gets made by the same company that actually makes and dispatches the real one. Or maybe staff steal them and sell on the black market. BTW I got a s pen pro. Butnit would be good if it could fit into a case so you don't have to carry separate. Thanks for reading guys.

I'll let you into a little secret. Just because it says it's the Samsung Store on Amazon, doesn't mean the goods are supplied from Samsung. Check thoroughly before you buy. There's no excuse for buying rubbish.

I get it's frustrating but at the same time, we cant expect any company to make and supply accessories indefinitely - you also need to weigh it up, over x amount of years how many folk have purchased a replacement S Pen and then weigh out the cost to manufacture, and distribute them. Is it worthwhile and cost effective for the company? Probably not.

Unfortunately, tech moves on and companies will do the same.

In regards to Amazon, on the Samsung Store I can only see the S Pen for S24. Which makes sense being as this is their flagship S device of the year. I suspect the one you've bought has been from another seller tbh.

Hi my friend my partner bought me a new one. And I think she got it from the sasung amazon store so she would know any difference. The only reason I had doubts was because I couldn't find a qr code on the box and usually there is one. Kn genuine samsung products well so I think. It works fine for what u use it for. But you never know fake stuff is everywhere. I try to be a samsung devote. As much as a labour voter lol

For the record, Samsung don't have a original store on Amazon if you want a official model then you have to buy direct from Samsung or any official network providers. Most on Amazon are fake etc a lot are regional locked and can't be used unless it was brought for that country it was made for. Do your home work
