After changing from T Mobile to Visible, my wifi calling option has disappeared. It was a TMobile phone but it is now unlocked. We stay in a very remote location and I need the wifi calling. I called Visible and they can see it on their side and tell me that it is a T-Mobile issue. When I called TMobile, the second rep mentioned that it may have been an issue with the port out, not completing properly. When they transferred me to another department, saying that they can help me, they told me that they could no longer help me, since I was not a customer any longer. I am using an esim with Visible. I have factory reset my (and hubby's Galaxy S22) phone. Still nothing. I am at a loss. Can anyone help? Thank you!!

Your new network may have to provision your account to pish the other settings to your phone @Starjim711
