Hi, wondering if anyone has experienced the same issue. Upgraded my Flip 3 Phone to the New One UI 6.1.1 on Oct 7th and ever since I don't have any Phone Service with Giff Gaff, just get the message 'No Service'.
Done the usuals Restart 'Switch Off & On again', cleaned the SIM Card (& it works in another phone), reset the APN, but nothing, anyone calling me, it's going straight to Voice Mail & to add to this away from WiFi the phone does a good Brick impression!

Please perform a Reset MOBILE Network Settings on your device.
This will update your settings for mobile only and will not delete data. Your network will automatically send the new APNs to your device.
Then switch your device off for half a minute or so and reboot.
Hopefully this will fix your issue.

Thanks for the reply, done that even deleted the APN to make sure I got a fresh & new Giff Gaff APN with a Restart, but still getting the dreaded 'No Network' sign. Even done the leaving the phone off for a few hours thing too.

Thanks it is very weird, the phone worked fine on the Sunday before, taking calls and using data, wondering if I just ask Giff Gaff for a replacement SIM?
The strangest thing though is it won't let me switch off this setting, is it the same for you?

Hi, the SIM Card tray I have will only allow you to put the SIM card in one way, can't seem to be able to use another side!

Does your SIM work in another device? O2 who own GiffGaff are working on turning their 3g network off so if you were previously connecting to 3g with no other network around....
