I am very confused about my software environment:

One UI-Version 3.1.1

Android: 11

Modellnummer: SM-F711B (Z Flip 3 5G)

When I press software update -> download and install I get the message every time:

your software is up to date!!!!!!!

I've been in safe mode before, but nothing has changed!

What's wrong here?

What is the CSC code of your device? (Search online for the instructions cus too complicated to explain )

Please remove your IMEI here, this is public forum, not Samsung support .

You are still on Android 11? You missed 4 big OneUI update, probably because you are in wrong region

@cr1578  Go to About phone-Software Information-Service Provider Software Version-check the last line.  I suspect it is because you are out of region , you could try Smart Switch .

I live in Germany and bought this Z Flip 3 from Deutsche Telekom!

I'm 80% sure that the CSC code is the problem.

1. Search online for the list of Samsung CSC codes

2. Scroll down to Austria (there should be 8 CSC codes under Austria)

3. You have to download the SamFw tool on a Windows laptop

4. Turn on USB debugging in developer options in settings (repeatedly tap the built number in software info 7 times to activate developer options)

Hopefully this will work!
