Hi all,

I am very confused about my software environment:

One UI-Version 3.1.1

Android: 11

Modellnummer: SM-F711B (Z Flip 3 5G)

When I press software update -> download and install I get the message every time:

your software is up to date!!!!!!!

I've been in safe mode before, but nothing has changed!

What's wrong here?

If you tried all options. Then all I can suggest is returning the phone back. As the phone isn't in the right region. Which is causing your phone to not receiving any software updates.
