UNPACKEN & Z FOLD 7

So seeing unpacked for new devices Like Z fold 7, Z flip 7, flip 7 fe, and new galaxy watch range i though i share my opinion as I was long term user of the "slab" phone from way back galaxy s2 or galaxy "young"

Impressions : 

I've been and still trialing galaxy fold 6 and it's been amazing phone can do all my daily tasks and more, and new Z fold 7 seems to bring new innovations, camera improvements, more powerful processor, comes with one ui 8, and the slimmest design ever 

Im really impressed wirh the design and the slim factor of the new fold 7, including ultra quality camera ( 200mp) main one bigger display and the thin as a 📃 

The whole representation was impressive, but now the question I've been asking myself if I would swith to Z fold 7 after I had my trial Z fold 6? Answer is most likely 

Why :

As far as I love the slab phones s25 ultra, s24 ultra etc the new form factors and the upgraded processor and camera gives me more reasons why, as it was limited to 50 mp on Z fold 6.

The light design feels more refreshing and something more innovative, just like s25 edge but "on steroids" 

I could easily replace my tablet since the screen is bigger and better.

New AI features.

Comes with one ui 8 

Multitasking for me recently been a really important thing and I can achieve a lot more when it's opened and if I don't want go into "tablet mode" I can still use the main screen.

The hinge improvements.

I could name few more but I haven't got my hands on the actual device so for now what I gathered it what I think.

Now downsides :

Still no silicone carbon batteries.

Removal of digitizer meaning no S Pen support.

A bit higher price than last year. 

Still afraid of dropping it since now its a lot slimmer 

Will I get it or should you upgrade? 

From the impression from galaxy Z fold 6 among s25 ultra, s24 ultra and other phones i found that the Z fold 7 might be the phone for me as I always need bigger screen for multitasking, and the fact I can turn my phone into tablet within a second and make sure heavy work done is impressive enough for me, I still have to get my hands on but so far I think I might switch to Z fold 7, lightweight, slim, portable, turns into the tablet form whenever you need, and so much more percs. 

I will update you all with my desicion or my hands on when I have a chance but so far I love the idea the concept the innovation and

I won't like your post, but I will say that I'm really sorry that you Samsung Members Stars have to pretend that Samsung makes great phones, when even a blind person can see that it doesn't. 

By removing S-pen support for the Z fold 7, Samsung shot itself in the back, I see that many are canceling pre-orders and emphasizing that the S-pen (apart from the price) is a good reason to cancel. The Z Fold 7 can no longer be saved by YouTube influencers (they don't really try), and by God, not even the praises of Samsung Members Stars. On behalf of ordinary Samsung Members, I'm sorry that you look ridiculous defending the indefensible - which is that Samsung has been making extremely bad moves for the last year or two, as if it wants to stop making phones (flagships).

I will make a more objective statement, certainly the Fold 7 looks impressive in terms of innovation and enhancements. I know the lack of S pen support is a bit of a disappointment but  not the most important matter, there are trade offs with the design.

it will not be for everyone but  Samsung offers a number of choices.

We can agree that Samsung offers many options, but we can also understand that someone who once tried a Note, Ultra or Z fold will certainly not switch to anything less than what those phones offered, especially not to the A series, which is a stripped-down S series. If Samsung stops supporting the S-pen, they can certainly expect a mass exodus to Apple.

Yes but in my view Samung will continue to offer Flsgship Devices. Need to see the S Pen 🖊 will be supported on the S series going forward., AI is going to be developing at pace in any case. Apple would have to offer solutions much more to entice a significant number.

I know Samsung will continue to offer flagship(s). What I see is that Samsung is demoting the S series, now the fold series, and bringing them closer to the A series, and the new (and only) flagship will become a triple-fold, and will be the only one to have an S-pen.

I was planning to upgrade from my ZF6 but will hold out till the ZF8

It's a very sexy phone and would love to upgrade but costly to pay of my present contract £1200.

I definitely impressed with it, and nice write up on the ZF6 🙏
