hi,
yesterday my z fold 5 volume was going down by itslef and now the volume down button does nothing. i tried rbooting but now it always reboots in safe mode no matter what i do (tried factory reset multiple times full rest ... etc).
My phone is only two weeks old i never dropped it on the ground or in water and it has official protective case since day one.
So suffice it to say i'm pretty pissed right now. It's sad because i was realy satisfied with the phone itself.
has anyone had the same problem ? does anyone know how to force the phone to get out of this safe mode because i know the probleme does't come from software most likely.
