There is minimal difference between Android 13 and 14 so wouldn't really stress over it.

No one on here can confirm release dates and Samsung do not share this info publicly in case it moves (which it frequently does).

I've got the Z Fold4 and my Wife the Flip4 and both have just been updated to 5.1.1. I think UI6 is due soon and is being rolled out gradually. For instance my Tab S9 Plus is just being update as I write this note. So hang in there it'll come.
