In continuation of email complaints and telephonic conversation with Samsung Service Execute, I have received call on 25.11.2023 from "*****" and an e-mail from mail id *****.
Please confirm whether this contact details are Samsung's official representative and Samsung's senior level / highest level escalation team? these seems suspicious.
