I'm on the upgrade programme with a Z Fold 3 5G.
I wanted to jump across to a different model after issues with this one. Samsung said no, so I didn't upgrade in January 2023. I'm now serving out the remainder of my 24 months so due to end January 2024.
Is there a way I can trade in or sell the handset, clear the Klarna outstanding finance, and just get a new handset? Am I allowed to do that on the upgrade programme?
Any advice on how to switch to a different model, much appreciated!
