Does anyone have issues logging into their samsung upgrade account?
I have spent the past two days trying to get in and it just keeps saying "technical issues try again later".
I have used the online live chat which was very unhelpful and i called the samsung support number and the lady was helpful and after i exchanged my details it allowed her to log in to my account so i assumed the issue was resolved. Ended the call and went to log in and it still won't allow me in.
All I really want to check is what upgrades I am eligible for, I'm not sure that I will upgrade but i just want to see what's available .
Does anyone know a solution or have you had similar bad experiences logging in to the program?
