Samsung Galaxy Fold 4 - WiFi & Bluetooth not activating

Since this morning i cannot activate Wi-Fi nor bluetooth. It seems to get activated but after a few seconds turns back grey.

I have contacted local Samsung team, spoke on chat/whatsapp, gave me some suggestions but none of them worked. Has anyone else faced the same issues? 

What is the fix for this ?

I have just had my fold 4 fix by Samsung with the same issue the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth stopped working, Samsung check my phone and told me the Fold 4 has a two year manufacturing warranty they asked me if i wanted to post it to them to fix it or come out to my house..i said can you please come out to my house (brilliant service)  they came out to my house and replaced the battery the front screen and the ribbon all under warranty. They told me this was quite common however as i have only four months left of my warranty the repair will have a one year warranty

Same thing happened to my Fold 4. Went through all of the troubleshooting items and even completed a factory reset thinking this would fix the issue. Unfortunately it did not

when did you buy your fold 4?? remember it has a two year warranty

I bought in November 2022. That is good to know! Do I just contact Samsung?

Hi Viper2000 phone 0333 000 0333 they will ask you for you Samsung account you will have it because you needed it to setup the phone, they came out to my house and replaced the screen, battery and the ribbon cable plus you get a another years guarantee with the work that has been done...Phone ASAP they are really helpful

Where do you live? Samsung certainly didn't offer to come to my home lol!!

I stay near Glasgow and they gave the choice of sending my phone to them or come out to my house

samsung has 2 year warranty in Europe. anywhere else you're doomed
