Randomly turns off

Hi,does anyone have a Z3 flip phone and if so, does it randomly turn itself off 5 + times a day?

You probably have enabled auto optimisation. If you head over to settings, device care. Just switch it off. Then you will not experience any problem

2 times it's been back at Samsung and no faults.

I have a Zflip 3 seven days past one year warranty with the shut down issue. If open and fully charged it works. You flip it closed and shuts down. Then open it back up to start it and it gives initial start screen then dies. You can't reboot it again either closed or open at that point. Open it back up, connect a charge cable and it works. This is obviously a hardware issue. There is no damage to the phone and has not been exposed to liquid. With the level of forums and posts like this it is obvious these have a major hardware defect that needs to officially be addressed by Samsung.
