PEN UP ERROR

Has anyone else had any issues with the Pen Up App no longer saving drafts? It will look like it has saved but when you go back onto it to complete, the drawing has disappeared.

I have also had all my drafts now disappear with hours of drawing just gone and apparently I cannot get them back.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I have not had this issue on the s23 ultra or tab s9. I have not tried the penup app on the Z Flip6 as no S pen support. I can certainly check though if I have the issue on the z series.

If the app is misbehaving then you could look at clearing it's cache.

Can confirm drafts are saving as they should in the penup app. Shows up under drafts in my profile. If you don't find a solution, send an error report to the developers under support in members. It could be a bug in the penup app itself. I have been using penup for a while now, and will say the app certainly comes with issues frequently. It either works or it doesn't 😂. I've experienced more problems with the penup app then any other app I use.

Yeah I have sent them a report but they have just said tough essentially 🤷🏼 so frustrating! Yeah I have had a few bug issues with it before but nothing that has stopped my art being saved 🙈

Unfortunately this has not fixed the issue and has deleted the new drafts I have tried to do

I agree with @Fiona26 even though i don't have issues now but definitely had in the past where app just crashes, with s24 ultra haven't seen any issues so far i also use ibis paint X, and few other apps, just for peace of mind 😁

All your drafts should be automatically saved in the Samsung Gallery in the Pictures folder. I always use the Save as image option just in case, so I'm sure they're in the Gallery, and if they ever happen to disappear in PenUP, I can always import them and continue where I left off

Unfortunately I had that turned off as it auto saves quite a lot so made my gallery space full of duplicates. I'm absolutely gutted so I have turned it back on and will just delete the duplicates

AGH! It's been happening to me, on samsung galaxy tab s10 +... suddenly when I go back there's some layers missing, generally the ones I made advance and locked, at first I thought I was making some mistake saving it, then I save constantly, and like minutes ago I finished an hours worth of drawing, and when I go back to add some background layers half of my work was erased, the detailing and most difficult part I made, it's so frustrating!!!
