Anyone else having an issue with fold 4 inner screen after latest UI update?
After the update my fold 4 inner screen has went completely black. When I reboot the phone I get the samsung logo and then it goes black. The outside screen is then giving an error message for the UI.

Hi and welcome, nothing official but strong correlation, my personal there must be some link, sent our ZFLIP4 so repair, new screen and ribbon connector cables, but screen need to be removed to access any components.

In terms of warranty bad practice, as it's like saying car software caused and issue, replace the engine and bonnet.

Hi have the same issue with the fold 3. Has worked fine for 3 years and I always leave updates a few weeks before installing but this time accidentally installed at first prompt. Now my internal screen is black...rebooted several times and tried troubleshooting but still no fix..

Samsung, speak up, you've obviously got no quality control when it comes to testing upgrades. This isn't what I would expect from a proper company...
