Hello all,
I have a Samsung Fold 4 and since a couple of days the top of my screen doesn't work anymore (folded open, the little screen works fine). But the strange thing is, I can still acces the dropdown menu but when I am for example in an ad for a videogame I can't press the X botten in the top right screen.
But when I use the S Pen I can acces the top part of the screen. I did a Phone Diagnostic in the Samsung Members app and these are the results:
This is my touch screen when I use my finger.
And this is my touch screen when I use my S Pen (the middle of the screen has a crack so I think the S Pen doesn't work on it there. The stripe on the left I have no idea why they don't work)
Any ideas on what's wrong?
I am on the latest update version, did multiple resets, tested it in Safe Mode and did some other tips I found on other posts but I can't seem to find a solution just yet
