@Masser: I don't have any news to share about available software and security updates for the Galaxy Z Fold3, I'm afraid. All I can suggest is heading to Settings > Software update > Auto download over Wi-Fi, and toggling this option on, so you're set up to receive any updates when they are made available by your network. You can also head to Settings > Security and privacy > Updates > Security update, and manually check for updates from here.
