Try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On.
Please take a look at these Samsung Help Links.
Can you run the diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.
Please consider going over to your dial pad and type in *#0*# and this will bring up a number of tests to try.
If the above does not help then unfortunately sometimes even with all the quality checks Samsung implements, some phone's can slip through.
Please contact the merchant who provided the phone to request a swap.
