Since installing the 6.1.1 update I can nolonger update any apps. Has anyone else had this issue? I've tried clearing Google play cache and followed the other trouble shooting suggestion provided but no luck resolving the issue

Hi @Bails259 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋

Can you let us know all the troubleshooting steps you've tried please.

Hard reboot.

For example >

Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

You could try this Reset Process > Tap on the Cog to launch your phone's Settings > Apps > Tap the three vertical dots in the right hand corner. > Hit Reset App Preferences > Check if that helps.

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Forum

In addition to the awesome advice from @BandOfBrothers above, a quick question.....

Are these Google Play Store apps or Samsung Apps? If the latter, you need to go to Samsung Store to gain the updates.

Hi, The same issue here. I tried everything, including cache partition wipe out. Some applications can be / were updated, some not. Those which can not be upgraded, currently approx. 20 out of 100 in total, can not be installed again if were uninstalled. UI upgrade issue?

Update ! I have found solution in the other thread. Go to "Security and Privacy" > App Security > app protection, click the 3 dots in the upper right corner > App protection settings > disable "auto scan when installing apps". IT WORKS !!!
