Hi, @Megalodon5. Depending on how and where you purchased your new Z Fold5, the invoice/receipt number will show on the physical receipt/invoice (if you pre-ordered in a retail store) or within the confirmation email (if you ordered online).
It's possible that an invoice or receipt will have been attached to the confirmation email; this might have been sent as a PDF document, and would include the information you require to submit your claim.

Hi there, @SinNotSinful. The free Buds2 Pro offer was listed on the product pages when it was within the promotional window; as it was a limited-time offer (from 26th to 31st July), this is no longer showing on the product pages.
For the starter kit, this is still showing (as of this writing) and it includes a Slim S Pen Case and Super Fast Charging 25W Travel Adapter.
You just need to purchase from Samsung.com by 28/09/23. The discount is automatically applied to qualifying items in the basket. The £50 saving is based on Galaxy Z Fold5 Starter Kit - only available in Black and while stocks last.
