Can someone please help me, I have recently done the update on my galaxy flip 4 5g and for some reason the keyboard isn't working properly as it won't stay on the themes keyboard until it is changed to a different theme. I have never had this issue before and I have tried making sure it is on the theme keyboard through the settings on the keyboard but it won't stay on it. I will include pics so you can see what I am talking about. Tia Linda

I've had two updates since this issue started and the issue still persists. But samsung insist that the issue has been resolved when I continue to make error reports.

The issue definitely has not been resolved, I have checked for updates on everything and it still continues. I am so frustrated with this even more now because I have paid for these themes and I cannot use them properly. I would appreciate if someone from Samsung get in touch to get this solved ASAP.

I just had yet another update and the issue remains the same. Error reports are still getting feedback of this issue is resolved and I'm starting to seriously lose my patience. I've put more money into these bloody themes than I'd like to admit, and not a single one is working correctly. Samsung, sort it out!!!!

I done the update hoping that it would finally work and guess what.....NOTHING!! I'm fed up with trying to get someone to speak with to get this issue resolved. I like you have paid for numerous of these themes over the years and now they don't work properly I'm wanting to get help and support with this issue ASAP so I can use my themes like I was. So Samsung please look into this matter and please get it finally fixed.

It's an absolute joke that this has been a constant issue since September, I'm 3 or 4 software updates in just to still be dealing with the same problem. I'm constantly sending out error reports to say the issue remains the same, and I'm just getting told it's sorted each time, when it's evidently not. I was even stupid enough to buy another theme that was created last month, thinking that the newer made themes might make a difference, but it doesn't. I'm about ready to kick Samsung to the curb, which is a shame because I've been die hard Samsung since 2016.

I done the exact thing I paid for another new theme to try it out but nothing!! The keyboard stays on for no longer than maybe 3 minutes then it turns white again. Like you I have been with Samsung for years and I have never had this issue with any of my phones. I just don't get it why are they saying its fixed when so many of us are all saying the same all these updates are doing absolutely nothing to fix this problem. They need to seriously take notice of what we are saying and for them to finally fix it. When you have spoken with them do you let them know that it just isn't you that is having this issue? I can't understand why they are not doing anything about this, I'm so angry and frustrated with this.

I've been replying to the same error report I originally made, reopening up the report after they've closed and "resolved" it. The last reply they made they said they can confirm that its been fixed. I reopened the report this evening and I mentioned that they can't be serious when they say they've confirmed it, as I'm apart of a thread of Samsung Members who are dealing with the same problem. So today will be the first time I've mentioned others are having the same issue. Now I'm just waiting on their pitiful excuse of a reply 🙄

I have just made a error report 5 minutes ago and I made it clear that it isn't fixed in any way and that I have plenty of people on my account stating the same thing. I have asked them to seriously look into this as they haven't fixed any of it and if they are going to tell me the same as you I will be wanting a refund for every theme I have paid for as I don't get what I pay for. When I get something back I will post on here. I think we just need to keep reporting it until someone finally listens.

Just had a response from them. Saying that they are going to look into the matter so hopefully I get a response in the morning. I'll keep you updated.
