Hi all, does anyone facing this issue? Vertical green line display on Samsung phone screen. It suddenly occurs on my phone with no physical damage.

I've read some posts, and it also happens to Sumung's other series phone. They claim the service center does not cover any warranty and needs to pay for the screen replacement. Some even get their repaired phone back, the green line is back for a month later. Does this can actually can be fixed? 

I've been sick of negotiating with Samsung customer service staff as this happened before. It started with a suddenly appearing tiny green dot, at that time still under the warranty period, the staff checked my phone and tell there was some scratch on the back, so the screen issue will not be covered by warranty. Also, the manufacturer-given screen protector only lasts for 8 months, it then starts to have a bubble/peel-off in the middle. After paying to change the screen protector and 1 month later same issue back. I can ignore these issues but currently, the horizontal green line is really annoying and affected my usage.  Can someone advise on the solution, please?

Samsung is really suck! Meet the same problem on my flip3, and the repair center just says you need to **pay** for repair! So many global users feedback the green line problem, why customers need to bare responsibility for poor quality!?

I'm currently facing the same issue except the line is going through the middle where the phone bends. In the top left corner there's also a green dot. The middle line started just a couple minutes ago but about a month ago a black spot appeared on the left side of the spot that folds just along the edge.

My phone is just newly 2 years. About 2 weeks ako a vertical green line also appeared on my screen. It appeared as I opened my phone from restarting it. It got worst today, another green line appeared beside it. It's really disturbing and I sometimes can't decipher the text or anything thats underneath it. I went to samsung store the otherday and they asked me if I dropped or squished the phone because it's most likely a hardware problem. They also said that most technicians won't fix it because of the screen type. I am still planning to have it checked at the samsung service center. I really hope that they can fix it for free. [Z fold 2 2021]

I suddenly got 2 green line last week after restarting my Z fold 2.

First 1 line seen and few hour later 2nd line also came.

They are on the 1rst screen

It's very annoying for such costly high featured phone.

These are happening due to software updates as told by service guy and there is no free replacement of screen if out of warranties. Many mobile co like oppo giving free replacement. 

Need some solution for this from Samsung.

I also faced same issue without any physical demage to phone. Deffintly , a good bye time to samsung as their customer service always says PAY TO GET IT REPAIRED  

Btw i bought from Singapore, using in singapore and took to samsung services singapore

Yes it is. Am using Samsung Z Fold 2. And I'm  also facing the same issue. I got a green light on my top screen and when I unfold, I don't see it inside the big screen. Please advise how to address this issue. If this is the issue with most of the samsung fold then what's the point in spending so much on these premium phones.

Yes I did, but samsung denied is their fault and refused to repair. Very disappointed with samsung. Been loyalty to samsung for many years, think may be is time to switch to other brand of phone.
