I've now got a Samsung galaxy Z Flip5 and a galaxy watch 5 - on my last phone (Samsung A40) when I accessed the Samsung health App I could see ECG at the bottom of the home screen but it is not there on the new phone. I can still do an ECG and view that result but when i close that notification there is no way to see it again unless i do another ECG - any ideas on why this is happening please?

Have you allowed sharing of info between Samsung Health Monitor and Samsung Health apps?

Not seen that screen option you have shown me. I did transfer the app from my old phone to my new one so maybe I need to uninstall and reinstall the app on my new phone?

You'll need to have both now, Samsung health and Samsung Health Monitor apps for it to work I believe.
