Galaxy Z Fold | Z FlipI am based in the UK and due to have my flip 3 collected to have the screen protector replaced as it has broken along the crease of the phone, its within warranty but I was told I need to back up my phone in case they wipe it, has this been the case with other people who have had the screen protector replaced? It seems like a lot effort for a new screen protector.

For a guide on how to do this, please refer to the steps in the link below, or head to Settings > Accounts and backup > Samsung Cloud > Back up data, followed by Google Drive > Back up data.
